Jammu private hospital sealed, 314 more infected, seven dead

On Monday, 314 more cases of corona virus infection were found in the state.
State Bureau, Jammu: The hospital has been sealed after a pregnant woman came positive in a private hospital in Jammu.

On Monday, 314 more cases of corona virus infection were found in the state. 
So far, infection has been confirmed in 10827 patients. 
At the same time, seven patients including a sub-inspector of CRPF have died. 
188 patients have died due to corona in the state.

The new infected include 89 from Jammu division and 225 from Kashmir. These include an SSP level officer, 24 CRPF personnel, four High Court employees and a 35-day-old child. Five members of the same family and two officials of the agriculture department have also been infected in Jammu. Srinagar district recorded the highest number of 101 cases. Six in Baramulla, 21 in Kulgam, 16 in Shopian, 14 in Antanag, Kupwara 30, six in Pulwama, 11 in Budgam, 20 in Bandipora, 25 in Jammu, one in Udhampur, 16 in Kathua, nine in Ramban, 24 in Samba , Six patients have been found in Doda and four in Kishtwar.

The deaths on Monday included CRPF’s 18th Battalion sub-inspector, two Pulwama patients, 79-year-old Handwara patient, 73-year-old Budgam woman, Sopore’s 45-year-old patient and 65-year-old Srinagar patient. 116 patients recovered

On Monday, 116 patients were rescued from hospitals. These include five Srinagar, one Baramula, nine Kulgam, 13 Shopian, 23 Pulwama, two Ganderbal, nine Jammu, 26 Udhampur, 13 Kathua, three Ramban, one Samba and one Doda. So far, 6095 patients have been cured from hospital. Many officers appointed for Kovid.

State Bureau, Jammu: Many more officers have been deployed to deal with the Corona infection. These officers will cooperate with both divisional commissioners and deputy commissioners. Among these officers,

Divisional Commissioner Jammu along with Bharat Bhushan, Gurvidra Singh, Sachin Sharma and Nasir Ahmed have been appointed. Syed Shabbir Ahmed, Suhail ul Islam, Anamul Maqbool, Mohammad Yunus have been appointed along with Divisional Commissioner Kashmir. Officers have also been appointed along with deputy commissioners. The Divisional Commissioner of Jammu will continue to be the nodal officer of Jammu Airport as before.
