50 percent of these people die before reaching the hospital. 
So, know what to do to prevent this.

Talking about the present, people are increasingly prone to heart disease due to chaotic routine, stress, wrong eating, environmental pollution and other reasons. Previously, heart related problems in the elderly are now taking the young people too.

It is very important to determine the amount of calories, fat, cholesterol and sodium in the body to avoid heart diseases. For this, the intake of ghee, butter and fried things should be minimized. Also, include the habit of walking in the morning and evening with light exercise. Due to which you can avoid this danger to a great extent.

Cholesterol is more dangerous

Cholesterol is a chemical compound that is in our liver and helps to organize new cells and hormones in our body. Whenever our body needs cholesterol, the liver removes it and the body fulfills its requirement, but any excess cholesterol stored in our body becomes harmful cholesterol for the body. This cholesterol is called LDL. LDL obstructs the blood flow of our body, which has a bad effect on the heart and mind and can also prove to be fatal. For this reason, excessive use of dairy products or other fat-rich things should be avoided, so that cholesterol levels should be controlled and heart healthy.

Increased incidence of blood pressure is also harmful

Both increase or incidence of blood pressure are harmful for our body. Heart damage due to high blood pressure. This increases the heartbeat, which causes the heart to not function properly. Blood pressure control is very important for a healthy heart. Continuous research suggests that high stress or depression can also be fatal to the heart. Stress is a major cause for heart diseases. Staying stress-free avoids almost half the risk of heart diseases.

Do not ignore the symptoms

There are many symptoms that predispose to this disease, feeling tired in a little hard work, pain in the throat, jaw, back and hands, shortness of breath, quick sweating, feeling pressure in chest, swelling in soles etc. It is beneficial to examine the heart by considering the roundness and darkness before the eyes as danger bells. 

Avoidance of these measures is possible

1 . Heart diseases can be avoided by having proper routines and regular checkups. Take some time to exercise. Stay away from tobacco.

2 . Consume less amount of salt. 

3 . Use fresh vegetables, fruits and low-fat diet.

4 . There are also some foods that are labeled super foods for the heart. These super foods are whole grains, green leafy vegetables, berries, avakado and fish oil along with fish.

5 . Consuming dark chocolate is also very beneficial for the heart.
