But do you know that tying hair tightly in ponytail can also cause headaches. Because of which it can be more difficult to focus on work. Yes, it is very true. Your hairstyle can also be a major reason behind headaches. Even if you tie your hair more tightly, this problem can also increase.  

Pulling the hair backwards and tying it with a rubberband can put pressure on your scalp, which can cause headaches. Veins of hair follicles make the blood spleen and when they are pulled, the pain starts.

People who suffer from migraine may have this type of headache easily due to hyper sensitivity of face and head veins. Such pain in the head or skin is called cutaneous allodynia. Apart from this, this pain can also be caused by combing, combing, shaving, showering, wearing glasses or wearing earrings. Allodynia can spread all over the head and contact with anything in that place can cause pain, even hairstyling.

When this type of pain arises, hairstyling should not be made, especially such styling which puts a lot of pressure on the head. Tightly ponytails and snacks should not be made at all. Instead, you can make loose ponytails or lo bun. If your head is bursting with pain, leave the hair open. While doing the workouts, divide the hair on both sides and make loose braids. 

Tying the braid tightly may not cause immediate headaches, but hair can fall around the forehead in some time. In such a situation, the hairstyle should be changed in some time. If you have been doing side parting for a long time then change it for some time.
