Indiscriminate firing on a government building in Virginia Beach, 12 killed, 5 injured.

Virginia: In US one person in Virginia province gave rain indiscriminately in the government building. Twelve people died in the incident. In the first incident, 11 people were killed and six people were seriously injured.
