On this occasion, President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Modi and leaders of various political parties lit a lamp and gave a message of solidarity. At the same time, people in Chennai made a map of India by lighting clay lamps, while in Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath lit earthen lamps in the ‘Om’ shape at his residence.
