SBI said in the tweet, ‘It has become easier to block and debit your debit card once again. Just dial your toll-free number from your registered mobile number, enter a request to retrieve the card. Toll free number: 1800 112 211 or 180025 3800 3800. ‘

Apart from this, customers can call the helpline number 1800 425 3800 and request the re-issue of debit cards through the official website and mobile app.

What to do to get the SBI Debit Card again through the official website:

• Go to sbicard.com.
• Click on request
• Click on ‘Reissue / Replace Card’
• Select card number
• Click ‘Submit’

Steps to re-check SBI Debit Card through mobile app:

• login to sbicard mobile app 
• Click on the ‘menu tab’
• Click on ‘Service Request’
• Click on ‘Reissue / Replace Card’
• Select card number
• Tap ‘Submit’
• Fees for card retrieval: You have to pay a fee of Rs 100.

It will take 7 working days to reissue the SBI debit card and you will get a new card.
