How and why there is a problem in stone in the gallbladder, know its symptoms, prevention and treatment

Read Time:2 Minute, 6 Second
Often people get nervous hearing the stone in the gallbladder, but if treated at the right time, then the person suffering from this problem can lead a healthy and normal life.

There are some parts in our body that do not do any special work, but even the slightest disturbances in them make the person nervous. Gollbladder is one such part of the digestive system. It is connected to the liver and small intestine via the bile duct (bile ducts). In the liver, a certain type of enzyme that digests fat is called, which is called bile. This bile accumulates in the gallbladder through the bile duct from the liver. Bile is supplied from the small intestine to digest the fat present in the food. Gallbladder is commonly known as gallbladder. Sometimes a stone is formed in this gallbladder, which proves very harmful for health.

What is the reason

Some people have the misconception that a stone, like kidney, is formed due to the accumulation of calcium and minerals in the gallbladder, but in reality it is not. This problem occurs when a high amount of cholesterol accumulates in the gallbladder. This problem is more common in overweight women over 40 years of age. Symptoms are seen in people even after a long illness. If stones from gallbladder run into the bile duct, it can cause inflammation in the jaundice and pancreas. If it is not treated for a long time, it can also cause cancer.

Prevention and treatment

This problem can be prevented if ghee-oil is used in limited quantities in the diet. If any of the symptoms mentioned here is seen, it should not be considered as a minor stomachache. Gallbladder can be easily identified by ultrasound. Gallbladder is also removed along with the stone through the operation and it does not make any significant difference to the digestion of the person. Nevertheless, patients are advised to adopt a moderate and simple diet after a Gollbladder surgery because the fat-digesting enzyme bile cannot accumulate after the Gollbladder is removed.

Nowadays most doctors use laparoscopy compared to surgery. In this, the patient has to stay in the hospital for only one day and can spend an active routine throughout the week. If the stone sticks to the bile duct instead of the gallbladder, then endoscopy is required, which is completely safe.
