There are many herbs in Ayurveda which have been seen to be effective in reducing the risk of serious diseases of the body and curing some diseases. For the treatment of a similar problem related to oral health, an Ayurvedic herb is being told here. During the Corona virus epidemic, some people are troubled by the problem of bleeding gums but are afraid to go to the doctor. From the point of view of security, this fear is also legitimate, but ignoring this problem can prove to be harmful.

If the problem of bleeding from the gums persists for a long time, it can cause infection in your throat and swelling of your lymph nodes. By using the Ayurvedic medicine mentioned here, you can fix the problem of bleeding from the gums.

Help from Ashwagandha

There is no need to tell you about the benefits of Ashwagandha as it proves to be very effective not only for the health of men but also for strengthening their masculinity. Apart from this, Ashwagandha can also prove to be beneficial for many types of problems associated with oral health and to make the teeth shiny.

According to the National Center for Biotechnology Information, ashwagandha has antioxidant properties and special properties to cure various types of diseases associated with gums. Its effect in the treatment of pyorrhea during a clinical trial has also been confirmed. This is the reason why the use of Ashwagandha can relieve the problem of blood coming from the gums. Now let’s know how to use it.

  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 baking soda

Method of use

  • It has to be used as a toothpaste.
  • First of all make a paste by mixing salt, baking soda and ashwagandha powder with some water.
  • Make sure that the paste does not become too thin so that it can be applied well on teeth and gums.
  • Now after getting up every morning and after eating food in the evening, clean your teeth and gums thoroughly with this Ayurvedic paste.
  • Keep in mind that you have to clean teeth and gums with this paste with light hands.
  • Regular use of this paste for 1 week will show you the effect of its benefits.

Apart from this, you should use more vitamin C rich foods in your food and take plenty of vitamin D. If you do not see any benefit for a week, then immediately go to the dentist without delay.
