Electrol or salt sugar water solution

Due to loose motion or diarrhea, necessary minerals along with water start coming out from the body. So do not suddenly become very weak and you do not have the chance to hold the bed, so it is very important that you maintain the level of water in the body or else there may be a problem of dehydration. For this, first of all, you dissolve the electrode powder in water and drink it. If there is no electrolyte at home, then add 1 teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt in 1 glass of water and dissolve it well and keep drinking this solution of salt and sugar water for a while throughout the day.

Yogurt is beneficial

When loose motions are in place, curd can act as a panacea for you as it contains plenty of probiotics. Curd, rich in probiotic bacteria, helps fight the infected bacteria present in the body and get them out of the body, thereby correcting the problem of diarrhea. Therefore, if you have diarrhea or motions, eating curd throughout the day can be beneficial for you. You can also drink buttermilk or buttermilk if you want. It is also made from curd and it is also probiotic, so it is also beneficial for your health.

Banana and potato are also helpful

Apart from probiotics, there is one more thing that can help you in reducing the problem of loose motion and that is potassium. Yes, when you have diarrhea, eat fruits and vegetables rich in potassium and its 2 most important food items are banana and potato. Bananas also contain essential electrolytes along with potassium which helps in protecting the body from the damage caused by loose motion and also gives you the necessary energy. But not raw, eat ripe banana. At the same time, potato can also be beneficial in loose motions, so boil the potato and mash it and eat it by adding rock salt.

Eat citrus fruits

Citrus fruits i.e. citrus fruits like orange, lemon, lime, etc. help to flush out the toxins present in the body. Therefore, you can also consume such citrus fruits during loose motions. However, do not forget to eat these fruits in an empty stomach, because doing so can cause bloating.
