After that their increment and promotion will be decided on the basis of performance. Actually, EPFO has issued an order for more than 20 thousand of its employees. It states that the HR-Soft online window of the Annual Performance Assessment Report (APAR) module has been launched. Now all the officers should file their review and report in it. All Central Government employees will come under the ambit of the Appraisal. This window is open to Group A, Group B and Group C employees.
