Four Coaches Of The Train Derailed In Kanpur, There Was Chaos

In Kanpur, four coaches of a train derailed on platform three of the station on Wednesday morning. Since the speed of the train was very slow, many people narrowly escaped the accident. North Central Railway said in its statement that the accident took place at around seven in the morning on Wednesday. A local MEMU train number 64201 coming from Lucknow to Kanpur as soon as the train reached platform number three of Kanpur railway station, its coaches derailed. Thanks to the speed of the train was very slow, due to which the big accident was averted.

During the accident many pillars of the station broke and caused panic among the passengers. There was no loss of life or property in the accident. Rail traffic has been stopped at platform number three after the accident. Senior officials have reached the spot and work is on to derail the coaches of the train. The passengers of the train have been safely taken off. The matter is being investigated.
