The Election Commission has released the data for the Delhi Assembly elections held on February 8. Ballimran has the highest number of votes in Delhi. Ballimran Assembly has 71.6 percent voting. After this, Seelampur, Mustafabad, Matiamhal and Seemapuri are the assembly constituencies with the highest number of polling constituencies. Seelampur seat polled 71.2 percent.
At the same time, a total of 62.50 percent votes were cast in the Delhi Assembly elections. On the data released late, the Election Commission said that data was collected from EVMs till late Saturday and hence there was a delay in release of election data.
The Election Commission has dismissed the allegations of the Aam Aadmi Party over the late release of data and tampering of EVMs. Delhi’s Chief Electoral Officer Ranbir Singh said that the officials had to walk half an kilometer with a machine. People were confused by seeing the machine in the hands of the officers. EVMs were sealed in everyone’s presence.
More than two lakh new voters added
Explain that two lakh 32 thousand 815 new voters were involved in voting for the Delhi Assembly elections held on Saturday. He cast his vote for the first time. Among them are the children of big leaders. Pulkit Kejriwal, son of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Rehan Rajeev Vadra, son of Congress General Secretary Priyanka Vadra and Ojaswi Maken, son of Congress leader Ajay Maken, also cast their votes for the first time. On asking who will become the Chief Minister, Pulkit Kejriwal said that the one who will be elected by the public will become the Chief Minister. Rehan Rajiv Vadra said that he liked to participate in the democratic process. Everyone should use their vote.
