We make the sound of jiggling from the stomach just like laughing and joking which is very wrong. 
So if you have this problem often, then be aware of the need because it points towards intestinal cancer.

Gurgling sounds often come from the stomach when hungry and sometimes even after eating food. Which most people ignore as a minor problem. But do you know that this minor problem can become the cause of bowel cancer in the future. So if you have had this problem for a long time, it would be better not to ignore it, visit the doctor and ask him to know the reason for it and also do the necessary checkup.

Why does the sound of gurgle come from the stomach  

1 . 60% of the 100 people are such that they do not chew the food properly, in this case the stomach gets filled with gas. So when food comes down from the food pipe, along with it air also comes inside the stomach. Because of this, voices start coming in the stomach.

2 . During digestion, when food breaks down from enzymes, gas starts to form in the stomach. So this is another reason for the sound of gurgle from the stomach.

3 . Because of this, usually everyone is aware that due to an empty stomach for a long time, gas is produced in the stomach. This leads to voices.

What is rescue

According to experts, there should not be too much gap between the two meals. Along with this, when the sounds of gurgle come from the stomach, then definitely eat something healthy without delay. If you will be hungry for a long time, your intestines may become weak. In such a situation it can be very difficult to digest food.  

Take care of these things

Chew the food and eat it.

Include plenty of fiber and carbohydrates in the diet.

Don’t be hungry for too long.

Drink tea and coffee sparingly.

Get used to exercising in the morning and evening.

Avoid eating fried food.

Get plenty of sleep.

Drink plenty of water.
