In rural women, cervical cancer is the most comprehensive, whereas breast cancer in urban women is the most severe.

A study published in The Lancet, Oncology suggests that in the lower and middle-income countries, there is a steady increase in the number of patients eligible for chemotherapy from 63% to 2040 to 67% in 67%.

Padma Shri, Dr. K.K., President, Heart Care Foundation of India (HCFI). Agarwal says, “The prevalence of cancer in our country is not uniform, there is a difference in the types of cancer, which affects people based on rural and urban settings. In rural women, cervical cancer is the most comprehensive, Whereas, breast cancer is the most severe in urban women. ”

He said, “Although the exact cause of cancer has not been ascertained, research suggests that some risk factors may increase the likelihood of the development of a person’s cancer, including things that can not be controlled. Such as the history of age and family. Lifestyle options that increase the likelihood of your cancer include smoking, obesity, lack of exercise and poor diet. ”

He further said that there are four major types of clinical preventive care: vaccination, screening, behavioral counseling (changes in lifestyle), and key provision. Screening is the hallmark of a susceptible disease, unhealthy condition or risk factor. Primary prevention is the intervention to prevent the disease (e.g., vaccination for communicable disease). In the form of detecting early-stage diseases (such as screening), secondary prevention and reducing the complications of tertiary prevention disease (for example, eye examinations in diabetic patients). This nomenclature is implemented differently by some other disciplines.

Some suggestions from Dr.Agrawal:

– Pay attention to the signs and get regular checks.

-Using any type of tobacco increases the risk of cancer. Avoiding or preventing the use of tobacco is the most important step in cancer prevention.

-Snough filter the water in the nucleus because it can reduce your risk of possible carcinogens and hormonal-disruptive chemicals.

– Drinking lots of water and other fluids can help reduce the risk of bladder cancer, thereby reducing the concentration of cancer-causing agents in the urine and helping them to flow faster through the bladder.

The most important thing is to make lifestyle changes, such as taking a healthy diet and exercising regularly. Fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants which can help in removing diseases.
