Diljit Dosanjh’s fans are in a frenzy as they scramble to secure tickets for his much-anticipated India concerts. The pre-sales for the Dil-Luminatii Tour (India) opened on Tuesday at noon, and within a mere two minutes, the ‘early bird’ tickets were completely sold out. The high demand for tickets has led to rapid price increases, making the race for seats even more intense.
The pre-sale event was a special opportunity for holders of HDFC Pixel Credit Cards, who had access to the tickets 48 hours before they were available to the general public. This exclusive pre-sale also came with an additional 10 percent discount. When ticket sales began at 12pm, the lowest-priced tickets for the Silver (seated) area were available for ₹1499. Tickets for the Gold (standing) area, which were offered at a special early bird rate of ₹3999, were snapped up almost instantly.
By 12:10pm, ticket prices had already increased, with the cheapest Silver (seated) area tickets now priced at ₹1999. The Gold area tickets had also seen a price hike, reaching ₹4999 in Phase 1 and ₹5999 in Phase 2. As the minutes ticked by, the demand continued to surge, and by 12:20pm, all ticket categories were sold out except for the Silver area, which was now priced at ₹2499.
The official ticket sales for the general public are set to commence on September 12 at 1pm. Fans are advised to act quickly to avoid missing out on what promises to be an unforgettable experience.
