Dhoni went out of the field for 10 minutes, the team lost DRS, Kohli, too

Read Time:2 Minute, 17 Second

When Mohammad Shami came to bowl in the 11th over of Bangladesh’s innings, his ball hit the benign government pad. The whole team appealed, but the umpire said not out. Virat Kohli appealed DRS only after remaining five seconds. When the third umpire Aleem Dar checked it, it showed the inside edge of the bat.

Kohli pitted against umpire

With the dust in Bangladesh, the Indian team has made it to the semi-finals of World Cup 2011. Thanks to Rohit Sharma’s century, Team India registered a brilliant win. This happened during the match on Wednesday that fans fired on Twitter. During fielding of the Indian team, Mahendra Singh Dhoni went wicket-keeping and went to the dressing room for a while, in the meantime the Indian team lost a DRS. Whose anger is getting to see on Twitter? During this time Virat Kohli’s umpire also got debated.

Indeed, when Mohammad Shami came to bowl in the 11th over of Bangladesh innings, his ball hit the benign government pad. The whole team appealed, but the umpire said not out. Virat Kohli appealed DRS only after remaining five seconds. When the third umpire Aleem Dar checked it, it showed the inside edge of the bat. That’s why he called not out.

But on this verdict Captain Virat Kohli flared up and started debating with the umpires. Actually, TV replays showed that the umpires call came in ball tracking, but the third umpire did not use ball tracking. For this reason, Team India lost the review.

That was the only moment where the fans had lost Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Because he was not on the field at that time and Rishabh Pant was doing his keying instead. Dhoni is regarded as a master at DRS and most of his decisions have proved to be true. Each time Virat Kohli has been taking the advice of Dhoni before taking the DRS.

People started writing on social media immediately that the team needed a lot of Dhoni. He went out of the field for just ten minutes and the team got a loss of DRS.

Indeed, Mahendra Singh Dhoni is on target for everyone because of not doing well in the World Cup this time. The issue is not that Dhoni is not making runs, rather he is playing more balls to score runs. Whether it is a match against Afghanistan, West Indies or Bangladesh.

Against Bangladesh, Mahendra Singh Dhoni scored only 35 runs from 33 balls, during which he scored four fours. However, in the last over Dhoni played consistently in the dot ball and did not change the strike even before and it was out before some big bang.
