Dengue Fever Along with medicines to treat dengue fever, you can also resort to Ayurveda remedy.

New Delhi, Lifestyle Desk. Dengue Fever: Dengue fever is a flu-like disease caused by female mosquitoes of the Aedes aegypti species. This disease takes a terrible form in changes in temperature, rain and humid weather. Common symptoms of dengue fever include vomiting, terrible headache, nausea, skin rashes, joint pain, pain behind the eyes and muscle aches.  

If these symptoms are not treated in time, then this disease can take a serious form. Lack of timely treatment can lead to complex problems such as fatigue, blood in vomit, persistent vomiting, bleeding gums, restlessness, severe abdominal pain and rapid bleeding.  

There is no specific treatment for dengue yet, so its treatment focuses on curing the symptoms. There are some remedies in Ayurveda, which can help you recover from this fever. 

Ayurvedic treatment for dengue fever

Along with the medicines given by the doctor, you can resort to Ayurveda to get rid of the disease quickly.

Papaya leaves: Papaya leaves have been a popular remedy for treating dengue for a very long time. It can help in the treatment of dengue in patients by relieving dengue symptoms and increasing immunity. You extract the juice of its leaves and drink it at least twice a day. 

Coconut water: Having pimples is one of the common symptoms of dengue. Which makes the body deficient in water. In such a situation, coconut water can help you to avoid dehydration. Do include coconut water in your diet. 

Fenugreek: One of the many benefits of fenugreek is that it is also a powerful pain reliever. Soak fenugreek in water overnight and filter it in the morning and drink it. 

Orange juice: Vitamin-C helps to boost the immune system. Drinking orange juice will not only strengthen your immunity, but the body will also get hydration. 

Neem leaves: Neem leaves have magical medical properties. These can contribute greatly to inhibiting the growth and spread of viruses in the body. It can also help increase immunity as well as white blood cell platelets and blood platelet count. Boil it for some time in water and then sieve it.
