Read Time:2 Minute, 5 Second

With the knocking on June 25 last week, the monsoon has weakened, due to which the condition of millions of people of Delhi-NCR due to humidity and heat is bad. Humidity and heat can be gauged from the fact that the minimum mercury reached around 30 degrees a day before Sunday, while the maximum mercury also crossed 40 degrees. On Sunday, people were troubled by heat and humidity throughout the day. During this time, coolers and fans also failed to provide relief from the heat. According to the Meteorological Department, similar conditions will remain for the next few days and people will be troubled by the heat and humidity.

According to Skymet Weather, when the monsoon was announced, the easterly wind was moving to a height of 10-15 thousand feet, the humidity increased and rain started everywhere, but later the axial line of monsoon shifted northward. Gaya and the western wind is running below it. This is why the rain has stopped. Gradually this line is moving towards the lowland areas of the Himalayas.

On the other hand, according to the Skymet Weather mason scientist, the axis of monsoon trough is currently extending to the Terai regions of Northeast India. A cyclonic circulation is seen over Central Pakistan and adjoining areas and a trough is running in the northeast direction. Due to all these, the weather in Delhi-NCR will be almost dry and hot till July 4. The monsoon is expected to pick up pace from July 5.

According to the forecast by Skymet Weather, it will move towards the southern direction around July 2, which will change the weather of Delhi-NCR. Due to this, good monsoon rains are expected between July 3 and 5. During this time moderate rains are expected in almost all parts of Delhi.

On the other hand, according to the forecast of Safar India (System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research), due to the dry weather and the moisture in the air, the air is expected to remain in the same category for the next several days.

According to the Meteorological Department, like the last few days, the sky will be partly cloudy on Monday as well. Light rains are also expected, but it will not provide relief from the humidity and heat. Minimum mercury is expected to remain at 29 ° C for Monday, maximum mercury will remain around 40 ° C.
