Delhi Metro News: Do this small work before leaving home, will not be disturbed during the metro journey

According to DMRC Executive Director (Public Relations) Anuj Dayal, before reaching the station, see which gate will be open and which will be closed? There are four to five gates at all metro stations, but as a precaution, only one gate will be opened at most stations.
Please tell that there are 38 stations on the Yellow Line, out of which only two gates (Gate Nos. 7 and 4) are open at Kashmiri Gate Station. Apart from this, only one gate is open at other stations including Rajiv Chowk. Passengers are getting entry from gate number seven at Rajiv Chowk metro station. Do not travel in the metro when sick, Anuj Dayal said that one has to maintain a physical distance of one to two meters during the journey in the metro.
At the commencement of operations, two gates are kept open at 16 stations out of 242 stations of Delhi Metro. Apart from this, only one gate is open at other 226 stations. In such a situation, this gate can be accessed from the website of Delhi Metro from which gate passengers will get entry.
Instructions given by Metro
- Do not travel in the metro if you have cough and fever.
- During the journey, try not to touch anything with the hand.
- DMRC will provide services with full care and care.
- Frequency of Metro The frequency of Metro will be the same as before. Prior to Coron the metro used to be available at busy intervals of 5:34 minutes on the Yellow Line.
- The metro will be available at an interval of 5.30 to six minutes when operations begin. The frequency of the metro can be reduced or increased as per the requirement. Security checks at stations may take some time.
- No more than 50 passengers will be allowed to travel in a metro coach. They can also be lowered if there are more passengers in the coach.
- Lift and automatic steps will also be used by less passengers at a time, so DMRC has advised to take some extra time for the journey.

- The gates of the metro station within the scope of the Containment Zone are closed. Information of all the stations of the Containment Zone has been provided daily through the social site and website.
- Due to social distancing, the number of metro passengers will be reduced considerably. Due to the closure of the gates of the Containment Zone, the number of passengers will also be reduced.
- Passengers who are not healthy during thermal screening will also be returned if the metro will not stop if there is excess congestion at a station. With this whole exercise, the number of passengers is expected to come down to one-third.
