Delhi government orders, can work with 100% staff in all government offices
According to the order issued by DDMA Chief Secretary Vijay Dev, cases of corona virus in Delhi have reduced significantly. Therefore, it has been decided that all government offices can work with 100 percent attendance of employees.
New Delhi: The Delhi government has now issued an order to all its departments to work with hundred percent staff capacity. After improving the situation related to Covid-19 in the national capital, the Delhi government has allowed its offices to call all personnel. This decision has been taken in view of decreasing cases of corona in Delhi. This order has been implemented with immediate effect.
Implementing its order with immediate effect, the Delhi government has instructed the departments to ensure that all the Corona rules, including social distancing, are strictly followed. According to the order issued by DDMA Chief Secretary Vijay Dev, cases of corona virus in Delhi have reduced significantly. Therefore, it has been decided that all government, autonomous bodies, PSUs, corporations and local bodies offices can function with 100 percent attendance of employees.
In fact, the Delhi government had issued an order for less staff and work from home in November 2020 in view of the increasing cases of corona. Which was extended till 31 January. But the Delhi government has now changed its order and now the departments of Delhi will work with full staff capacity. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) in its order on 28 November last year had reduced the presence of employees (below grade-one) in the Delhi government offices by 50 per cent due to Covid-19. It did not include necessary service related personnel.
How many Corona cases in Delhi?
Please tell that till now more than 6.3 lakh corona virus patients have been confirmed in Delhi. At present, the number of active corona patients in Delhi is less than three thousand. More than 6.18 lakh corona patients have been treated in Delhi. At the same time, more than 10700 people have died due to corona.
