Delhi borders are sealed, farmers said – ‘This is not Pakistan border’
There is a lot of discussion about the pictures coming out from the borders of Delhi. The arrangements made by the police regarding the peasant movement, such arrangements have rarely been seen before. The roads leading from the protest site to Delhi have been almost completely sealed. After which now people are strongly criticizing the central government for this ‘fortification’, along with opposition parties have also raised this issue. Apart from this, farmers have also criticized this 6 layer barricading of the police.
Rakesh Tikait started tarbandi vs rotibandi
Regarding this fortification, BKU national spokesperson Rakesh Tikait said that, during the tractor rally, similar barricading was done, the route which was given to us was stopped. They say that the government is putting a nail in the way of the people, not the farmers. The public is not just speaking, but everyone is understanding. Now Rakesh Tikait has announced to ban Rotibandi against Tarbandi. In protest against which they ate bread sitting on the road. They say that the bread of the common man is going to be locked in the vault soon.
Kisan Ekta Morcha, the Twitter handle of the Kisan movement, was also tweeted about this ban. In which he wrote that,
“You can’t stop us from barriers and spikes. We were at peace, are at peace and will remain at peace. Don’t try to provoke us from your planted goons. ”
Farmers said – not here, China and Pakistan should prepare on the border
We reached the Ghazipur border to know what they think about such fortifications in front of the peaceful demonstration of the farmers. Where the farmers told in the conversation that if the government had made such an arrangement on the border of China, it would have been right. The farmer who came from Bijnor to participate in the demonstration said about the installation of barbed wire,
If this arrangement was done on the China border then today this situation would not have happened. It is better to apply elsewhere than to be planted here. This is not an India-Pakistan border, all these preparations have been done for the farmers.
Kuldeep Kumar, a farmer from Amroha, told that, as is the condition of BSNL today, with the arrival of corporate, the condition of the present mandis will be similar. Vegetables will be sold for 8 rupees in the village and 45 rupees will be sold in the cities. Everything will happen as soon as this law comes into force. This is a big loss for the farmer and common man.
Delhi Police Commissioner gave clarification
Questions are now being raised about this complete fortification of the police, was it really necessary to do this? It is also being said that a wrong message is going across the country. On all these questions, Delhi Police Commissioner SN Srivastava clarified that,
“What have we done? We have strengthened that barricade. So that it is not broken again and again. We have tightened security arrangements even more. You must have seen that we appealed to the public, sent us videos and photographs. Go. We have received more than 1 thousand video footage. All of them are being investigated and the legal process will start against the accused. “
