Paris, IANS. The Health Ministry said that the total death toll from the epidemic in France reached 28,108, with 483 additional Corona virus-related deaths on Sunday. According to the report of the news agency Xinhua, hospitals reported 54 new deaths in retirement homes, accounting for a third of the nation’s total deaths, with 429 deaths. The number of people in the hospital with corona virus infection fell to 19,361 from 19,432 on Saturday. It was reported that now in the seventh consecutive week, a drop in cases was observed. A decline in the number of people in intensive care was reported. The lack of 45 cases has reduced the number of people in intensive care to 2,087.
A total of 142,411 people have tested positive for the virus in the country. In this 61,213 patients have been cured. France cautiously opened a two-month lockdown on Monday to reissue its battered economy.
