Yokohama, Agencies. The deadly coronavirus, which originated from Wuhan in China, has spread to about 31 countries of the world. So far 636 people have died in China alone due to coronavirus. At the same time, the number of coronavirus patients in Japan is also increasing continuously. According to Japanese government broadcaster NHK, coronavirus has been confirmed in 41 more people. All of them were aboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship.

Earlier, coronavirus was also confirmed among the other 20 people aboard the cruise. The total number of people infected with the coronavirus in Japan has increased from 20 to 61. A total of 3 thousand 700 people were aboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship. All people have been held under surveillance for 14 days on the cruise itself.

Health experts will gather in Geneva

The World Health Organization declared a global health emergency only last week in view of the grave threat of the coronavirus. A team of experts from several countries, led by WHO, will visit China. On the other hand, hundreds of experts will gather in Geneva on 11 and 12 February to prevent the virus. The two-day conference will discuss how to accelerate the development of medicines and vaccines.

636 killed, 31 thousand infected

Let us tell you that the coronavirus was first found in the Chinese city of Wuhan in December. Since then, it has spread to more than 25 countries. So far 636 people have died due to this virus in China, while more than 31 thousand people are infected with this virus.
