Coronavirus Safety: Keep these things in mind when going to the gym to avoid the corona virus.

Coronavirus Safety Do not go to the gym if you are not healthy or you are not feeling well.

Delhi, Lifestyle Desk. Coronavirus Safety:  Unlock process is going on after lockdown nationwide due to Corona virus epidemic. Unlock-3 is starting from August 1 in this order. During this time permission has been given to open gym and yoga institute. Also, the night curfew has been lifted. This information comes from the new guidelines issued by the government.

It has been approved to open gym and yoga institute from August 5. However, necessary guidelines including physical distance will have to be followed during this period. There is a wave of happiness among the people by this decision of the government. Especially those who give importance to fitness have started preparing to go to the gym. If you also want to go to the gym, then while going to the gym during the corona virus epidemic, keep these things in mind-

-If you are not healthy or you are not feeling better, do not go to the gym. If symptoms of the Korana virus are seen, consult a doctor.

Take care of social distancing while traveling. During this time, keep a distance of at least 6 feet from people.

 – Wear masks, gloves and sweatbands. Do not touch any unknown objects in the gym. 

Carry the water bottle, yoga mat and exercise belt with you.

– Wear gym clothes from home. Do not use the changing room of the gym.

-Go to the gym at your scheduled time and return home after a workout.

– Please sanitize your hands before workout. If possible, sanitize the equipment.

– After returning from gym, go to washroom first. After this, wash your hands first by wearing gloves. After this, take off the shoes and clothes and wash them well. Now remove the gloves and sanitize your hands. After that take a bath with lukewarm water.
