Coronavirus: If you see symptoms of Kovid-19, then isolate yourself

Read Time:2 Minute, 29 Second

Infectious diseases spread very fast. It does not distinguish between itself and other ways. So if the symptoms of Kovid-19 appear in you or you have returned from a badly affected place or have met an infected person, then isolate yourself for the betterment of your loved ones and the betterment of society. According to the well-known medical practitioners of the world, during this time also you have to take many precautions. Source: The Guardian

Stay at home

This is very natural. Get out of the house only when you have to go to the hospital. Refuse visitors. Connect with family and friends online and via phone. If you order important food items, medicines and other everyday items online, inform the delivery person that the goods will be kept outside the door. If a relative of yours wants to help you with important things, then refuse it.

Separate yourself from others

Stay in the same room. Close its door. The ideal room may be one whose window opens to the outside. Do not share any of your used goods with another family member. Put the laundry, bedding and towels in a plastic bag. Wash it only when the test of Kovid-19 comes negative or your own isolation period is complete. If any washing of clothes is necessary, clean it with water at a temperature of 60 ° C.

Stay away from pets

If you are fond of pets, then it is better that you stay away from them. If you touch them, clean the hands thoroughly before and after.

Food and bathroom

Family members can prepare food and keep it outside your door. If you cook your own food, while doing so no other person reaches the kitchen. Take prepared food and go to your room and eradicate hunger. If you have more than one bathroom in your home, choose a different one for yourself. If you are interested in sharing the bathroom, then you should worry about cleaning it regularly.

Waste disposal

Collect the waste of your things in a plastic bag. When full, tie it. Put this bag in another bag and tie it too. Do not throw it until the results of your test are reached. If positive, the doctor will tell about the disposal of this waste.

Essential maintenance

Keep the tissue paper used in a plastic bag while coughing and sneezing. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and dry it. Always use a mask in the presence of someone else.

Hand wash

Its rules are the same that apply to the common person. Wash your hands with soap at short intervals. Rub soap thoroughly in hands for 20 seconds and then wash and dry it. Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth.

Symptoms begin to increase

So seek the help of a doctor immediately. If you have more difficulty in breathing or any other kind, then do not delay, go to the hospital.
