CA Exam 2020: Legal action will be taken against CA candidates
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has given a stern warning to those candidates appearing in the CA exam starting today, through which threatening emails have been sent to the examination centers. In this regard, an advisory has been issued for the candidates on the official website of ICAI. In which it is said that strict legal action will be taken against the candidate for doing such an act.
ICAI has said in its advisory that threatening emails have been sent to examination centers on behalf of some candidates appearing for the CA examination to be held in November. The institute has taken it seriously. This wrong act of the candidates has been considered to obstruct the examination process of the institute. At the same time, the institute has said that action has been initiated against some candidates under the law. Explain that the institute has also created a Google Forum to address the problems of candidates.
The institute has said in its statement that it will not hesitate at all to take action against candidates sending threatening emails to the examination center. Examination centers have also been instructed to report such cases to the institute and also to provide the names, registration numbers of such candidates. If any candidate sends any threatening mail to the examination centers, such an act will be taken seriously and the institute will not hesitate at all to take action for such daring by the students. Therefore, the candidates are advised to refrain from doing this type of daring in their own interest.
