Vital examination, commonly known as burnout syndrome. It is caused by being in stress for a long time. People who face stress for a long time due to some reason at work place and home, get this kind of problem.

There is a difference between burnout and depression. People who are in depression, their mood is low all the time. They lack confidence and are filled with some kind of gilt. While irritability and fatigue are more common in the victims of burnout.

Research has also revealed that this condition of burnout is seen mostly in those who have long been victims of the exam. This is to say that Garg of Arthur Parvin of this research done by the University of Southern California of the US.

The study has shown that excessive fatigue, swelling in the body and increasing psychological stress are linked to each other. When this condition persists for a long time, then the heart acts to damage the tissue. Due to this, the condition of Aridmia starts and the heart beats become less and sometimes more.

Atrial fibrillation i.e. AF is also known as Aridmia. In this situation, heart beats do not work in a regular way and there is an increased risk of blood clots, heart failure and other heart diseases. However, the danger rate has not yet been measured.

It has been clear in many previous studies that there is an increased risk of cardiovascular disease due to excessive fatigue and exhaustion. It also includes the risk of heart attack and stroke. Garg says that many diseases related to the heart can be avoided if we know how to avoid exams and deal with stress.

This research, based on the link between burnout and heart disease, has recently been published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology. The study lasted for 25 years and included 11 thousand people. These people included excessive fatigue, anger, antidepressant doses and people who lacked social support.
