Blood Pressure Control Diet: If you want to control blood pressure, then include these things in your diet

Blood Pressure Control Diet Hypertension is a disease that develops from your food habits, if it is not controlled in time, it can cause many problems.

New Delhi, Lifestyle Desk. Changing lifestyles, increasing stress and changing eating habits have made us prone to blood pressure disease at an early age. Hypertension is a disease caused by your eating habits, if it is not controlled in time, it can cause many problems. High blood pressure can affect your entire body system. Its effect can reduce your eyesight, can also cause problems such as kidney failure, stroke or heart failure. Healthy diet is very important to control rising BP. Let us know what items of hypertension patients should include in their diet so that they have blood pressure control. 

Add whole grains to your diet:

Whole grains contain potassium and magnesium, which help control blood pressure. Consuming whole grains at least two to three times a day helps in blood pressure control. Whole grains contain less amount of fat in whole grains, wheat bran, barley and whole wheat bread along with rice and oats. These grains are full of fiber as well as beneficial for your good health. If you include these things in your diet, then your BP will remain normal.

Add vegetables to your diet :

To keep BP under control, include squash or pumpkin, yam and beetroot in your diet. Add tomato, carrot and broccoli, spinach, cabbage and leafy vegetables like turnips, greens, to your diet. By using it, your BP remains in control. At the same time, adding a few drops of olive-oil or balsamic vinegar to the salad not only enhances the taste but also reduces the cholesterol level. Avoid eating canned vegetables.

Do these things in fruits :

You should eat apple, pear for breakfast. Apple reduces the amount of fat and controls BP. Diastolic and systolic blood pressure control by consumption of fruits. Pomegranate seeds, raisins, apricots and berries have a lot of nutrients.

Eat white meat:

Meat, protein, vitamin B, iron and zinc are good. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in plenty in fatty fish such as salmon, which can improve your blood pressure. Use meat without fat. You should also use white meat in your diet. They are low in fat and high in vitamin, mineral and omega-3, which helps to reduce blood pressure and prevent blood clots.

Seeds and Pods: 

Things like magnesium-rich almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds help you control BP. Fiber-rich flaxseeds also contain omega-3 fatty acids, which are helpful in reducing inflammation in the body.

dark chocolate:  

A little dark chocolate can help you reduce blood pressure. You should consume limited amounts of the right dark chocolate which keeps your BP under control.
