BJP Leader Kapil Mishra Has Been Targeted

State Bureau, New Delhi. BJP leader Kapil Mishra has come under target of his party’s leaders as well as his party leaders for the violence in Yamunapar. Former cricketer and East Delhi MP Gautam Gambhir has demanded action against him. It is said that the party leadership is also angry with him and he has been instructed not to make controversial statements and to abstain from any protest. If he does not agree then action can also be taken against him.

Strict action should be taken against those giving inflammatory speech

Speaking to the media, Gambhir said, “Whether it is Kapil Mishra or any other person, or of any party, if he is making inflammatory speeches, then strict action should be taken on him.” Congress leader Rajiv Shukla has supported Gambhir’s statement. He tweeted, “Gautam Gambhir’s statement is welcome. He has demanded stern action against BJP leader Kapil Mishra for provocative rhetoric. This is the true spirit of a player. We need leaders like Gautam.

Kapil Mishra warned the police

People protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) closed the road below the Zafarabad Metro station on Sunday, triggering clashes between supporters and opponents of the law. Kapil Mishra, while addressing the dharna in Maujpur, had warned the police to remove the anti-CAA protesters from the road within three days, warning that if the road was not evacuated, they would not listen to the police. The leader of the opposing party is pressuring him to take action against this statement.

On the other hand, amidst continuous criticism, Mishra tweeted on Tuesday evening that he was being threatened with death. He tweeted that ‘Friends, constant calls from the country and abroad are being threatened to kill him. It is not a crime to ask for opening of closed roads. Supporting the CAA is not a crime, speaking the truth is not a crime. He is not afraid of such threats
