Co-founder of Zerodha Nithin Kamath had written about his small stroke in a post. Ashneer Grover, a former Shark Tank judge, and many other social media users sent Kamath well wishes. Grover replied, asking Kamath to have a rest.

On Monday, Nithin Kamath, the CEO for Zerodha, stated on X that he had undergone a small stroke six weeks prior. Kamath shared photos of himself laying in a hospital bed along with a statement explaining how he does not know what caused the stroke and that it will take three to six months for him to recover and feel fully.

I apparently suffered a minor stroke around six weeks ago. Any of the following could be contributing factors: dad dying, lack of sleep, tiredness, dehydration, and excessive training,” Kamath pointed out.

Talking about the stroke’s repercussions, Kamath said he can’t read or write and has a “slight droop.” “I used to have a severe cheek droop and couldn’t read or write. Now, I have barely any droop and can read and write more. shifting from being distracted to being more focused. Thus, three to six months for a full recovery,” he concluded.

Nikhil Kamath, a 44-year-old fintech entrepreneur, talked up about his health scare and the possible causes of his stroke on X. Kamath listed a number of potential causes for his illness, including the recent death of his dad, lack of rest, tiredness, dehydration, and too much activity.

In reaction actor Ashneer Grover, famous for starring in BharatPe, talked about how he overcame personal obstacles after his father passed away. His message to Kamath was one of understanding and support. Grover encouraged Kamath to take a break and underlined the worth of looking after one’s health in his article. “Dude, be careful. I’m sure your dad’s death has had an important effect on you; after my dad passed away, I too was left speechless for awhile. Have a sleep!” Grover performed.

Once Kamath’s communicate turned viral, several on the internet wished him well. Jury and advocate Ashneer Grover from Shark Tank India in season one suggested that Kamath take vacation. “Dude, be care. I’m sure your dad’s death has had a significant impact on you; after my dad passed away, I too ended up wordless for awhile. Grover responded, “Take a break,” to the post.

The conversation between Grover and Kamath illustrates a major discussion regarding the psychological and physical implications of being an entrepreneur. It acts as a timely reminder of the value of self-care and the necessity of putting one’s health before their professional lives, particularly in the hectic worlds of finance and startups.
