When will it be right to drink

1 . Drinking green tea on an empty stomach in the morning is not the right decision.

2 . Green tea should be drunk after breakfast in the morning and at least one hour after lunch.

3 . Avoid drinking green tea at night as the caffeine in it can make you sleepy.

4 . If green tea increases stamina, drinking it half an hour before exercise will be beneficial.
