Houston, Agency. In the US, while the stage is set for the Howdy Modi Mega Event, on the other hand Hurricane Imelda has started to wreak havoc.

Four people have died in Texas by the storm, while there are reports of people being stranded in many areas. In view of the magnitude of the storm, an emergency has been imposed in many areas of Texas.

Houston broke its record for the most downpour in one day in the period of September with more than 9 inches.

The town of Hamshire, Texas, saw a half year of downpour in 48 hours. In excess of 33 crawls of downpour has fallen in Hamshire since Tuesday – and more than 2 feet of that precipitation inside 12 hours.
