All-Party Meeting: Legislature Budget Session From Today, CM Yogi Urges Everyone To Cooperate

he budget session of the Legislature starting on Thursday will be uproar. The opposition is tight-lipped for the siege of the Yogi government on issues like law and order, inflation, problems of farmers and the law and order situation. Being the first session of the year, it will begin with the address by Governor Anandiben Patel. The Governor will address a joint sitting of the two houses at 11 am on Thursday. In an all-party meeting on Wednesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath urged the leaders of various parties to cooperate in order to run the house in an orderly manner. The opposition insisted on hearing public issues.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the House provides a forum to discuss important topics. On the Governor’s address, the Opposition and the ruling party will get an opportunity to openly speak. The budget of the country’s largest state will be presented in this session. During the discussion on the budget, each member will get ample opportunity to speak.

He said that what is spoken in the House does not end after speaking. Those words find immortality as the proceedings of the House. As long as democracy remains intact, the things said by the members will be safe. The government is ready to have meaningful discussions on every issue. Assembly Speaker Hriday Narayan Dixit said that Uttar Pradesh has an important place in terms of democracy. The opposition can present its own program, program and suggestions. He also requested the party leaders to keep their side courteously in the House. Appealed to make the practice of listening to the Governor’s address in a peaceful manner.

In the meeting, Naresh Saini and Apna Dal SK Neelratan Patel attended the meeting in place of Ujjwal Raman Singh, Bahujan Samaj Party’s Lalji Verma and Congress party leader Aradhana Mishra ‘Mona’ in place of anti-leader Ram Govind Chaudhary. The opposition insisted on being heard. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna also appealed to the party leaders to cooperate.

The programs of the House were finalized in the meeting of the Executive Council after the meeting of all-party leaders. Assembly Speaker Hriday Narayan Dixit told that the house will run from 13 February to 7 March. On the first day, Governor Anandiben Patel will address the joint sitting of the two houses at 11 am. The address will be discussed on 14, 17, 18 and 19 February. The financial year 2020-21 budget will be presented on February 18 at 11 am. Cases of Rule-56 will not be taken on this day. Discussion on the budget will start from 20 February. There will be general discussion on 24, 25, 26, 27. After this, from 28 February to 7 March, the budget will be passed after discussing the demands of various departments. There will be a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee on 14 February.
