The number of stations in the Agra Metro Project is being increased. The proposal has been prepared by the UP Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC). There will also be a metro station in Sultanpura. This will increase the number of metro stations from 30 to 31. An UPMRC official said that elevated station will be built in Sultanpura. It will have a length of 85 meters and a width of 19.2 meters. The metro track in the city will be thirty km long. The first corridor from Sikandra to Taj East Gate will be 14 km long. It will have 15 stations. The second corridor from Agra Cantt to Kalindi Vihar will be 16 km long. It will now have 16 stations instead of 15. Sultanpura station will be built between Agra Cantt and Sadar Bazar.
