What are the three major complaints

According to the complaint, from April 6, 2020 to April 21, 2020, King Year manufactured 495,200 defective and misbranded masks. Subsequently, it claimed to be the N-95 Respirator. Those defective products were then imported into the United States. Its packaging bears the NIOSH and FDA logo, while these masks were not approved by the NIOSH nor have they been approved by the FDA. Incorrect and defective products from King Year have deceived American consumers. This was their hoax, in which US citizens believed they were buying authentic N-95 masks. This puts their health at risk. The company disseminated false documents. This is fraud with the FDA.
