Lockdown In India: Prepare To Come Out Of Lockdown, Know Who Will Be Banned And Who Will Get Exemption

Read Time:2 Minute, 6 Second

As the final phase of the lockdown approaches, but with no signs of any softening in the Corona transition, the government is busy brainstorming how to come out of it. Under the mega plan proposed at present, all the states will be divided into four categories and accordingly, it is being considered to remove lockdown and start service in different states or districts.

These will not be exempt from lockdown in areas with more active corona. But in states where there has not been any corona case for the last seven days, there can be relief. In case of new cases, fresh restrictions may also be imposed. It is to be noted that from midnight of 24 March, the three-week applicable lockdown period across the country ends on 14 April.

It is certain that the lockdown will not end simultaneously. The Prime Minister gave the same indication in a discussion with the ministers on Monday after a discussion with the Chief Ministers a few days ago.

According to the sources, according to the draft prepared for the exit plan, the category of states will be decided on the basis of the number of people with corona. What is the number of patients per 10 lakh population there. One basis of the standard will also be whether a corona case has been reported in the last seven days. Standards will be changed for larger states and smaller states with more districts. Based on these standards, the states will be placed in four categories.

The states with more than 50 cases of corona are placed in the fourth category, ie serious. Here the lockdown will remain in force and all the activities will be restricted except the essential goods. More than two corona cases per 10 lakh population or more than 40 percent of the districts affected by corona affected state will also be kept in this category.

Those states in which more than one district will be affected by Corona, but such districts will be less than 30 percent of the total districts. With this, there will be less than 20 corona patients present and their number will be less than one per 10 lakh population.

At the same time, states with more than 20 cases, 30 percent districts affected and one to two corona patients per 10 lakh population have been placed in the third category. Here the lockdown will continue like the fourth category, but in addition to necessary activities, some other exemptions can also be given.
