Lawyer AP Singh sitting on dharna outside Supreme Court

Actually, only three lawyers were allowed to go to court. After this, AP Singh sat on a dharna for some time and started committing uproar, although later he reached court. He then argued in the apex court that all the shops were closed due to the outbreak of Corona virus, in which case he could not copy the photos of the documents. While the High Court has rejected their application on the basis of incomplete documents, they may be given some more time to present the documents.

He also said that since when has the trend of hanging a minor started in our country. He then tried to prove Pawan as a minor by showing some documents. However, all of them proved to be useless in court. The judge said that after all, why are you giving the arguments already rejected by the Supreme Court. You have not presented any concrete evidence. Meanwhile, advocate Shams Tahir also jumped into the debate and took up the case of assault with Pawan and asked for two days of deferment. He argued that Pawan was beaten up in jail, so he should be given justice. On this, the judge once again reprimanded him and said that you do not teach me. After this, the Supreme Court dismissed all the petitions at around 3.30 am, including one of Pawan’s minor.
