Monsoon Update: Heavy Rain Likely In These States, Orange Alert Issued In Four Districts

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning for Thursday, saying that heavy rains are expected in Lakshadweep, Kerala and Mahe today. Along with this, there is a possibility of heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Konkan, Goa and interior Karnataka during this period. The Meteorological Department has issued an Orange Alert in four districts. The four districts for which Orange Alert has been issued include Ernakulam Thrissur Mallapuram and Kozhikode.
