Team India will gather in Delhi on 12 September, the first T20 match in Dharamshala

The Indian team, which beat West Indies in the ICC Test Championship, will gather in the national capital on Thursday ahead of the next series and will leave for Dharamsala for the T20 series against South Africa. The official told IANS, ‘The team’s break is ending on Wednesday and the players of the team are gathering in Delhi on Thursday. From here he will go to Dharamshala the next day. The team’s new batting coach Vikram Rathore will also join the team. He is the new face in the coaching staff. He will replace Sanjay Bangar.
India has to play the first match against South Africa captained by Quinton de Kock at the Sunder Stadium in Dharamshala. After this, the team will go to Mohali for the second T20 where the match will be played on 18 September. The last T20 will be played in Bengaluru on 22 September.
The South African team has already reached India. The South Africa cricket team has started the Indian tour with the visit of its High Commission in New Delhi. Cricket South Africa (CSA) gave this information in a tweet on Monday.
CSA tweeted, ‘Team started India tour with dinner last night at South Africa High Commission. It is good to know that our players will see some well-known faces here on match day.
After the T20 series, the two countries will also play a three-match Test series which will be part of the World Test Championship. The first Test will be played in Visakhapatnam from October 2 to 6. The second match will be held in Pune from October 10 to 14, while the third match will be played in Ranchi from October 19 to 23.
