The Hyundai ix25 SUV was introduced at the Shanghai Motor Show earlier this year. It has been seen many times in China during testing and now it has also been seen recently in India. According to reports, the new generation Creta will be launched over the current generation Creta. The report of autocar has revealed the details of its dimensions and specifications.

The new Hyundai ix25 (Creta) will have a length of 4,300 mm, which is 30 mm more than the old model. Apart from this, its width is 10 mm more than the old model i.e. 1,790 mm, but its 1,622 mm height is 8 mm less than the current model, which is 1,630 mm. These dimensions are of the China specification model, which means if it launches in India, it can be given more ground clearance.

According to reports, the next generation ix25 will be given the same 1.5 liter BS6 engine that is present in the Kia Seltos. The new 1.5-liter petrol engine in the Chinese market is replacing the 1.6-liter unit. At the same time, the same 1.5 liter petrol and diesel engine can be given for India. However, the big news is that the new Creta may also get a 1.4-liter turbo-petrol BS6 motor that we see in the GT line of the Seltos.
